Under our Primal Goddess program join Our Master Trainer Athena as she invites expecting and postpartum moms to rediscover their ever-changing, gorgeous bodies through purposeful movement, strength training, breathing techniques, core and pelvic floor activations. As the woman’s body is constantly changing, so is each of her classes. Athena has created four tiers one per trimester and/or experience and postpartum. The Goddess method is meant to bring out the Goddess in you. Through our Prime Omega techniques, build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages. There are a multitude of classes of which to choose from, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced.

For 21 yrs and under our Young Adults Interested in improving his or her physical prowess in a specific sport or in general? Our personal trainers and coaches incorporate the latest research-based methods to help you train and improve your coordination, agility, speed, power, and strength. In addition to fundamental athletic skills, we add sport specific training to your workout in order to improve your performance. Our programs focus on: • Linear Speed: Straight-ahead acceleration and top-speed running techniques. • Change of Direction: Agility and ability to decelerate and move in any direction quickly. • Upper and Lower Body Strength: Strength training exercises for muscle development and injury prevention.
